Dear Sheldon, Diana and I are very pleased to have this opportunity to write this letter to you. As a recent retiree from 30+ years of professional marketing and sales, I appreciate good salesmanship and professional service and, when I receive it, I like to tell others about it. When we began looking for a home in Las Vegas, we sent you a rather detailed set of requirements. When we arrived for a 3-day visit, you had an excellent portfolio of houses ready for us and any one of those houses would have fitted into the list of requirements. During the difficult period of closing on a new home and selling another in the San Francisco Bay area, you held our interest intact and we never had reason to believe our interests were not being well served 700 miles away. As a result of your after sale support, we were able to find responsible contractors for smaller jobs which no one wanted to handle and other good references. In the time we have lived in Las Vegas, we have heard more than a few horror stories concerning real estate sales people from new acquaintances. We like to think we were fortunate to have had the excellent professional salesmanship and professional support which you extended to us. More important--we have come to regard you as new friends in our new home town.
